Refund Policy

Auroracosmic.com does not offer refunds for digital downloads of drawings and readings once the delivery of digital files has been successfully completed.

The accuracy, completeness, and/or applicability of your readings and drawing technique are not valid reasons for requesting a refund.

 

• Auroracosmic.com has email delivery tracking software that can track the delivery of our emails and file downloads from our customers. Make sure you have entered the correct email address at the time of purchase.
• If you have not received any emails from us within 24 hours of your purchase, send a message to info@auroracosmic.com, and we will resolve the issue; often, there is a typographical error in your email address.
